Priority Breakdown Response
As a Boiler Maintenance Contract customer you will receive Priority Breakdown Response which means we will endeavour to arrange for an engineer to repair your boiler on the same day as notified.
All boilers covered
We will cover all conventional and combination boilers up to 250,000 BTU's and under 20 years old for a set annual premium. This includes the cost of replacement parts and labour associated with it, as set out in the contract. As part of the contract you will be required to have your boiler serviced once a year, by one of our OFTEC registered boiler engineers to ensure your boiler meets the criteria of our maintenance contract. A survey will be required prior to the commencement of the contract to ensure your boiler is eligible.
