A family-run Welsh oil brand
Oil 4 Wales is a family-run business, established in the heart of Wales by Colin Owens, built with the support of his wife Shirley, daughter Sally, and son Paul.
Colin retired as Managing Director in 2022, and as his parting gift, between October 2022 and March 2023 Oil 4 Wales offered a free one-off delivery of 800 litres of oil to customers of over 2 years and aged 80 or over. The ‘Warm Winter’ scheme proved extremely popular and exceeded the £75,000 budget which we had initially put aside for the scheme.
Colin’s daughter Sally took over as Managing Director in 2022 and is passionate about ensuring a green-climate future for Wales.

We currently employ over 120 staff, have more than 40 trucks on the road and serve a customer base of over 120,000.

We operate nine depots across Wales, including Llantrisant, Brecon, Milford Haven, Felinfach, Powys, Pwllheli, Sennybridge, Blaenau Ffestiniog and our Carmarthen based headquarters.
AdBlue® Plant
We are also the only manufacturer of AdBlue® in Wales from our purpose-built plant at our Sennybridge depot as a part of our transition to Green 4 Wales.
We are aware that the transition to Green 4 Wales will be a challenge as an oil company, but it is one that we are fully committed to and we are always on the look out for new developments in the energy sector to support the future of Wales.
