If you do not own your property:
You can set up a Standing Order with your bank or through online banking. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly and decide how much you wish to save.
Oil orders must be paid for in full when placed. Your payments will build up a balance that can be used towards future orders.
When making payments, please ensure your Oil 4 Wales account number is used as the payment reference. Failure to do so may delay the allocation of funds to your account and could delay pending orders.
If you own your property:
You may be eligible for an Oil 4 Wales Budget Account subject to our checks and requirements.
- A minimum payment of £100 per month applies.
- Your first two oil orders must be paid for in full.
- We may carry out a low-level credit check.
- We will require a completed application form in order to proceed with the budget account
- If approved, you will be asked to complete a Direct Debit mandate.
Summary of budget account terms
Account reviews
Your Budget Account will be reviewed regularly based on your payment history, account balance and oil usage. We may increase your monthly payment if required to ensure your account remains suitable for your level of oil usage. You will be notified of any changes.
Failed Direct Debit payments
Oil 4 Wales reserves the right to cancel the Direct Debit instruction following three consecutive failed payments.
If this occurs, your Budget Account will be cancelled and any remaining balance owing must be paid in full within 7 working days.

By applying for or using an Oil 4 Wales Budget Account, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have read, understood and agreed to the full Budget Account Terms & Conditions.
